1.2 Registration Requirements

To register a cv4 account, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age;
2. Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method;
3. Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
4. Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of cv4 or any of its affiliated entities;
5. Not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by cv4 or any associated responsible gaming programme.

1.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the cv4 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If cv4 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all such accounts may be closed without notice, any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play will be voided, and any remaining real-money balance will be subject to review before release.

1.4 Account Verification (KYC)

cv4 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of your payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account) before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other time cv4 deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending successful verification.

2.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cv4 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cv4 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 2.2 Accurate Information

You agree to keep all personal information associated with your cv4 account accurate and up to date. cv4 may request updated documentation at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.3 Account Closure by the Player

You may close your cv4 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures set out in Section 4. Any active bonuses will be voided upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be subject to a processing delay while the matter is resolved with the relevant payment provider.

3.3 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase becomes active. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.

3.4 Prohibited Funding Sources

You may only fund your cv4 account from payment methods registered in your own name. Funding an account from a payment method belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited. cv4 reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment method if it reasonably believes that the funding source does not belong to the registered account holder.

4.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to cv4 are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding compliance review being in progress. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practice.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed and the player will be notified via their registered contact method.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

cv4 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security and compliance measure. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days of the request being made may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance pending re-submission.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by cv4 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements"), minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game eligibility restrictions. These specific terms will be published alongside each offer at the time of promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players at cv4 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements of a minimum of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. Eligibility is subject to age verification and KYC completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cv4 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; coordinated betting with other players to guarantee returns from promotional offers; and any other conduct that cv4, in its sole discretion, determines constitutes an attempt to exploit its promotional programme. cv4 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings and to close the accounts of any players found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Offers

cv4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer or promotional programme at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of a modification will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time the bonus was credited.

6.2 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on the cv4 platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. The random number generators (RNGs) and live dealing systems used in these games are independently certified for fairness. Outcomes are not influenced by cv4.
